Francis Wildman is what’s known as the ‘Controller’ of the personal data you provide to me.  Given the nature of the services that I provide it is very likely that I will receive and deal with a lot of data from you which is personal and/or sensitive.  This includes any and all information that you provide to me or that is provided to me by others while I am dealing with your case.  This also includes your name, address, email telephone number and any other information relevant to you and your case.  If you contact me then I will ask you to consent to this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy explains what happens to personal data that you choose to provide to me, or that I collect from you whilst you visit this site.

I do occasionally update this Policy so please do return and review it from time to time.

In running and operating this website I may collect and process certain data and information relating to you and your use of this site. This data and information is:

Access to Information

The Data Protection Act 1998 gives all individuals the right to access personal information that is held about them. You can request a copy of any information that I hold about you.  Please contact me if you wish to make such a request.

Retention period

I will retain and use your information while I am dealing with your case.  If I represent you in a Tribunal matter then I will delete your data two months after any appeal time limit has expired.  Otherwise I will delete your data six months after I last accessed it in dealing with your case.

If you ask me to I will delete your data at any time.
